Lancashire County Athletics competition was held at Stanley Park Blackpool on Saturday 12th June. From the Burnley Borough there were 6 students who represented the area. Three of these students came from Unity College. Junior Blackpool Dance Festival

Jodie-Leigh and  Ava-Grayce took the dance floor by storm at the Junior Blackpool dance festival. The girls trained very hard for this competition which runs every year starting on Easter Monday for 5 days. Boxing Gold in Denmark

Sam Walsh  and Jaden Haworth-Franklin represented their boxing club, Sandygate A.B.C at the Hvidovre International Box Cup, Denmark at the weekend.  The boxing club covered all costs and expenses so the boys could attend this prestigious competition and box on an International stage.  Both boys fought hard with Sam bringing back a Gold Medal!
