High Sheriff of Lancashire Young Citizen 2016 finishes his year with a fundraising event. Adam Broxton from Unity College wanted to help raise money for Pendleside Hospice as his uncle Brian passed away there. Adam shaved his head, raising an outstanding sum of £375.00. Most of this was raised from school and family; he was also sponsored by the Police Cadets of which he is a member of. Fundraising is something close to Adams heart; he also does a lot of voluntary work for the Police Cadets and has marshalled walks for them.
Adam would like to thank Pendleside Hospice for the work they do and the support they give to families.
