On Tuesday 26th September it was European Day of Languages so the MFL department ran a baking competition! Students had to create a cake/bake related to Europe and/or languages. We had some excellent entries which smelled delicious! Students came at lunch to vote for their favourite. Here are the winners:
- 1st Place: Ffion Storton and Natalia Shorrock (Year 10) with their Duo lingo cake
- 2nd Place: Benjamin Weyer (Year 9) with his map of Europe cake
- 3rd Place: Evie Bowater (Year 7) with her Italy cake
Each student will receive a £20 voucher as their prize.
We also ran a PD quiz competition. The PD with the highest score in each year group will be given a box of chocolates.
