Alton Towers – Final Information
For any students who are attending Alton Towers:
We will meet at college at 7.15am. Due to the long journey, we will be unable to wait for any students who have not arrived at college on time. We ask that you do not enter the College grounds for drop off due to the large number of students attending the visit and as there are a number of coaches that will need to turn around in this area.
The weather is forecast to be 22 degrees and sunny. Please can you send your child with sun cream and appropriate clothing to help protect them from the sun.
The pollen count is also expected to be high, so please can you ensure that if your child struggles with hayfever, they are given appropriate medication in the morning before they leave home. We will have some spare anti-histamines, but these supplies will be limited.
HPV Vaccinations
The HPV (Human Papillomavirus) vaccinations will take place at the College on Monday 8 July 2024. This vaccination is offered to both boys and girls and is aimed at protecting them from various cancers and genital warts.
Please note you are required to fill out the form whether want your child to have this vaccination or not. You can fill out the form by following the link below.
